Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us in the “Request a quote” form: your name, phone number, town or location, whether you are a private client, business or institution, the service you are interested in and your message.

If you call us, email us, or write to us on WhatsApp, Viber or social media, we keep what you send us, such as your phone number and the content of your message. These apps have their own privacy policies.

The website does not build visitor profiles and does not use advertising or third-party trackers.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use it only to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering the questions you send us.

We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

Who else processes it

To run the website we use a few service providers that process data only on our instructions:

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, protection against attacks, administrator sign-in and cookie-free visit statistics); Web3Forms (delivering the form to our email); the company’s email provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside Kosovo, in the EU or the US. We chose providers that apply internationally recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. When we sign a contract, we keep the data for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to info@evcompanyks.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP), aip.rks-gov.net.

Cookies and storage on your device

The website does not use cookies for visitors: not for advertising and not for statistics. That is why there is no cookie consent pop-up.

It stores one technical note in your browser (“ev-intro”) so the opening animation does not repeat. It is deleted when you close the tab and contains no personal data.

Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie to tell people from bots (for example “__cf_bm”). It is necessary to protect the site and is not used to track you.

The administration panel, used only by the company, uses a sign-in cookie (“CF_Authorization”) for authorised people only.

Security

The website only opens over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to administration is protected by a code sent to the authorised person’s email.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Important changes will be clearly marked on this page.
